Join our team! Drop in Intervention & Community Outreach Worker

We have an opportunity to join our highly regarded Youth Work team; where changing young lives for the better happens everyday.

Working as part of our Y-Hub project, you will already have at least a level 2 Youth Support Worker qualification (ideally Level 3) and will be delivering outreach support by engaging young people in public spaces such as parks, streets, or town centres and  linking in with other services and professionals in Swansea.

The full time role is initially offered on a fixed term until 30th March 2027 due to funding. This is a proven successful project and we expect (but can’t guarantee) funding to continue beyond this.
