Y-Street

Y-Street supported young people and adults to overcome the most significant barriers in their lives and provides opportunities to live a fulfilling and prosperous life. The project was funded by Lloyds Bank Foundation for 3 years to provide intensive support and opportunities for people that are at risk of becoming, or are homeless.
