2024 has been a transformative year for YMCA Swansea- and exciting times lie ahead. We have seen our focus shift slightly away from the community venue model that has underpinned our work for many years, and more towards delivering life changing Youth Work- often to those least engaged with society.

As we look towards 2025 and beyond, we are working hard to help shape the next generation of Youth Workers by taking the experiences of service delivery and both educating and inspiring them through our training provision.

Our hard working small team of dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable professional youth workers are really making a difference to not just the Swansea community of 2024, but also a whole generation of Young people across South Wales and beyond.

On behalf  of the YMCA Swansea board, the staff and the young people we work with, thank you for your support over the last 12 months.
